            I believe everyone want their careers always increase every time. Had a brilliant career is a dream for everyone, so don’t be surprised if people crazy to achieve it. Many factors could cause our career brilliant, one of the biggest factors is derived  from your self.   You must have mindset that “I can success” you should have mindset like that. After that, you can do 5 tips to be successful in your career:

1.     Dare to speak

Be bold expressing ideas and opinions. Shouldn’t be afraid to not be heard. You must speak often to get a response.

beside, there is courage to speak, convey ideas and opinions, also should be coupled with the ability to absorb. The ability to absorb very well can only be done by being a good audience. By being a good audience, you will also be a good speaker. Believe me!

3.     Learn from the elder

Find someone who can serve a role model. Find out from them how to achieve success based on their experience, so you will get an enlightenment and knowledge.

4.     Utilize opportunity

If there is chance don’t waste it and direct action. If your boss give chance for you don’t say “wow I don’t have ability. Wow I can’t do it. Wow I’m very busy.” Take that opportunity as a golden bridge to get to top. That way you will be better known your boss and your colleagues, that you will be easy to get a brilliant career.
